I* was contracted to produce, direct and write this award-winning one-hour TV documentary that focuses on the 100-year relationship between the Calgary Stampede and the Indian Village. It’s a relationship that is unique. The program delves into the largest Pow Wow in Western Canada, the culture of the village, and its importance to the success of the Stampede. This program is a story of family, tradition and the unique opportunity the village presents to pass the culture to the young people.
